For Diana Rose, design is a journey of self-discovery, expression and storytelling. Her own path began in Kazakhstan, where she was born and enjoyed a humble upbringing until she immigrated to Canada as a teen. Despite her modest early years, Diana had a deep appreciation for beautiful homes, but her pathway to design wasn't always clear. Diana studied Environmental Design at OCAD University, but convinced that design wasn't her niche, she decided to pursue a career in aviation, taking flight lessons and accepting a job as a flight attendant. Little did she know that her inclination to travel would lead her right back to the world of design.

 

Diana's travels made way for her love of architecture, culture and colour, and she soon returned to OCAD where she completed her design program and accepted a position at a design/build company. Here, she met her husband and the pair subsequently collaborated and formed the design firm, Diana Rose Design. Diana is known for luxurious interior designs with an approachable, signature style that blends both modern and transitional aesthetics.
